Beginning level class for men to explore the benefits of yoga, the power of the breath, and quieting the mind. We will learn to hold space for each other as we explore our yoga practice with learning a gentle flow of poses to energize and calm the body, mind, spirit and opening the heart. Building support for our journey from within through grounding, stillness, moment to moment awareness, correct posture alignment and the integration of breath with movement to become one as we explore the deeper self through yoga.
