My study of the internal martial arts and meditative practice as both student and instructor has spanned 36 years, primarily in the Japanese Art of Aikido.
The last 20 have been devoted to the study of Tai Chi, beginning at the Tai Chi Tao Center in Oak Park.
Jodi has always been dancing one way or another. Now she is able to share that love by teaching Zumba fitness at the High Barre. Jodi's is also a teacher at the elementary school by day and loves spending time with her family and friends.
Hi! My name is Kathryn Schaaf. I am a group fitness instructor who likes to mix it up with new exercises and new challenges. I am a mother of three young boys who keep me moving, I love to travel (hopefully in 2021!), eat good food and be with my family outside.

Having enjoyed the movement styles of ballet, yoga, and pilates, Monica decided it was time to fuse those forms together and get certified in Barre. Monica trained with International Ballet Barre Fitness Association and has been teaching since 2018.
My journey with yoga started while I was going through a very challenging time in my life,after moving to a new country and leaving behind everything and everyone I knew and loved. Without having a support system like my family and friends, I was starting to feel lonely and drained. I remember attending my first yoga class, feeling for the first time in a very long time so calm and relaxed, and at the same time so energized and revived! I'm honored to be able to spread this amazing gift to others.
Will Harris has been involved in the world of yoga as a studio owner, teacher and consultant for 10 years. Will trained with Debbie Williamson, one of the key founders and innovators of Power Yoga, and is also a Certified Life Coach. Will's classes are super breathy, fun, and always accompanied by some tasty jams, ranging from Bob Marley to classical music. You will have fun, learn a lot and clear your mind and body to help you achieve the best version of you.
