Studio Owner and Barre Instructor
Having enjoyed the movement styles of ballet, yoga, and pilates, Monica decided it was time to fuse those forms together and get certified in Barre. Monica trained with International Ballet Barre Fitness Association and has been teaching since 2018.
My journey with yoga started while I was going through a very challenging time in my life, after moving to a new country and leaving behind everything and everyone I knew and loved. Without having a support system like my family and friends, I was starting to feel lonely and drained. I remember attending my first yoga class, feeling for the first time in a very long time so calm and relaxed, and at the same time so energized and revived! I'm honored to be able to spread this amazing gift to others.
