MONICA DUNN
Studio Owner and Barre Instructor
Having enjoyed the movement styles of ballet, yoga, and pilates, Monica decided it was time to fuse those forms together and get certified in Barre. Monica trained with International Ballet Barre Fitness Association and has been teaching since 2018.

WILL HARRIS
Yoga
Will Harris has been involved in the world of yoga as a studio owner, teacher and consultant for 10 years. Will trained with Debbie Williamson, one of the key founders and innovators of Power Yoga, and is also a Certified Life Coach. Will's classes are super breathy, fun, and always accompanied by some tasty jams, ranging from Bob Marley to classical music. You will have fun, learn a lot and clear your mind and body to help you achieve the best version of you.

JODI RENWICK
Zumba
Jodi has always been dancing one way or another. Now she is able to share that love by teaching Zumba fitness at the High Barre. Jodi's is also a teacher at the elementary school by day and loves spending time with her family and friends.

CHRIS TAW
Tai Chi
My study of the internal martial arts and meditative practice as both student and instructor has spanned 36 years, primarily in the Japanese Art of Aikido.
The last 20 have been devoted to the study of Tai Chi, beginning at the Tai Chi Tao Center in Oak Park.
